Jennifer Flinn is the Coordinator of Elementary Student Success at the Ottawa Catholic School Board. She taught in a classroom for 15 years before moving into various board level positions. In her current role, she supports mathematics, science and the arts in a large school board of 67 elementary schools with over 25 000 students.
Jennifer completed undergraduate studies at the University of Ottawa in psychology and education. She completed a Masters of Education at the Western University, with thesis work on the educational impacts of Tuberous Sclerosis Complex. Jennifer then completed her doctorate in Educational Leadership at Western University, focusing on the intersection of rare chronic health conditions, policy, leadership and inclusion in education systems. She has sat on the board of directors of TSC Canada since 2008, and has been a member of TSCi since 2009.
