Dr Aubrey Kumm

Aubrey Kumm is a companion animal veterinarian. He trained in Veterinary Science at the University of Pretoria and is member of the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons. He gained post graduate certificates in Veterinary Ophthalmology as well as Veterinary Endoscopy and Endo-surgery while practicing in the United Kingdom. He returned to South Africa in 2014 to pursue research in Neuroscience at the University of Cape Town.
He is affiliated with the Centre for Autism Research in Africa and his research interest is in using technology to provide access to treatment and knowledge to those living in low resourced communities.
Aubrey will contribute to the development of the mobile app and website serving in the technology and dissemination working groups.
